Tender Grow Finance Brokers

Unsecured business funding, up to R5 million.

No property, no collateral. We are a brokerage — one application, placed across a panel of lenders, so a no from one is not the end of it. And we arrange the funding the online lenders will not touch: finance against a tender or purchase order you have already won.

Checking what you qualify for takes a minute, needs no contact details and leaves no mark on your credit record.

The gap every trading business knows

Day 0
You win the work
An order lands, or a tender is awarded. Everyone congratulates you.
Day 7
Money goes out
Stock, materials, wages, transport. All payable now.
Day 45
You deliver
Goods supplied, work signed off, invoice submitted.
Day 105
You get paid
Sixty days later, if the paperwork was clean.
Roughly 98 days of your own money, tied up
This is the stretch we fund
We are not a lender

We are brokers. Our job is to find the lender who will say yes, and to argue your case when the numbers alone would not.

One application

Apply to a lender directly and a decline means starting again somewhere else. We place the same file across the panel.

The awkward deals

Sole proprietors, thin trading history, a contract bigger than last year's turnover. The cases automated lenders reject.

The businesses we work with

Trading businesses with something to deliver and a gap between doing the work and being paid for it. Not one of them had property to put up.

What we arrange

Two main products and the groundwork behind them. We would rather do these properly than list twenty.

Our biggest market

Unsecured business loans

Working capital with no property and no collateral behind it, funded on what your bank account actually shows. For stock, wages, equipment, or simply the stretch between doing the work and being paid for it.

  • From R20,000 to R5 million, depending on the lender
  • Decisions in as little as 24 hours on a clean file
  • No security over your house or your plant
  • Repaid over 1 to 24 months, settle early without penalty on most of the panel

What sets us apart

Tender & purchase-order finance

Assessed on the contract you have been awarded rather than three years of trading history. The lender looks at who is paying you, which is why this works for businesses the online lenders decline.

  • Funded against an awarded tender, contract or purchase order
  • Pays your suppliers so you can actually deliver
  • Settled when your client pays the invoice
  • Open to younger businesses and to sole proprietors

Business registration

Company registration and the compliance paperwork behind it. Nearly every funder on the panel lends to registered businesses only, so for many people this is step one rather than an afterthought.

Invoice discounting

Already delivered and invoiced? Raising cash against money you are owed is usually cheaper than funding the order was. Worth asking about before you take anything else.

Two business advisers reviewing figures together

We argue your case. A form cannot.

An online application is a yes or a no. A broker can explain the dip in March, point out that the contract is from a government department, and put the file in front of someone who lends on more than a score.

Why a broker, when you could just apply direct

You can, and sometimes you should. But every lender runs its own cut-off, and none of them tells you where to go when you miss it by a month or by R5,000.

Typical published minimums across the South African business-lending market. Criteria change; this is a guide, not a promise.

Read the last row again. It is the reason this business exists: if you hold a signed contract, the question stops being what you turned over last year and starts being who is paying you.

Find out before you apply

Most people discover they do not qualify only after handing over six months of bank statements. That seems backwards to us.

What funding can you get?

Eight questions, no contact details, no credit check. It covers both routes — an unsecured business loan against your trading, and finance against a contract you have won — and tells you honestly where each one stands.

The single most important number in the whole assessment.

How it runs

From first call to money in the account.

Tell us the situation

What you need the money for, what you have been awarded, and what the business looks like. A phone call is usually enough to start.

We package the file

Statements, registration documents and the contract, assembled the way lenders want to see them. A clean file is approved more often than a messy one.

We place it

We go to the funders on our panel whose criteria actually fit, rather than firing the same application at everyone and damaging your record.

You choose

We bring back what we get, explain the real cost of each, and you decide. No obligation to take anything.

How we get paid

Brokers have a reputation for being vague about this. We would rather not be.

Commission from the lender

On most deals the lender pays us when the funding is drawn. It does not come out of your advance, and different lenders pay different rates.

A fee from you

On some transactions — typically where the work involved is heavy or no lender commission is available — we charge you instead. If that applies, you get the amount and the basis for it in writing before you commit to anything.

Sometimes both

It depends on the deal. Whatever the arrangement is, you will know what it is before you sign, not afterwards.

Nothing to find out where you stand

The eligibility check, the conversation and our read on your chances cost you nothing.
