What we collect
Contact details you give us, information about your business such as turnover, trading history and registration details, and the documents you send us in support of an application — typically bank statements, registration documents and identification.
Why we collect it
To assess whether we can place your application, to prepare and submit it to lenders on our panel, and to communicate with you about it.
Who we share it with
Lenders and finance providers on our panel, for the purpose of placing your application. That is the service we provide. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else.
Lenders will carry out their own credit and affordability checks with your consent, and will handle your information under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, object to how we use it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The eligibility checker and cost calculator run entirely in your browser — the answers you give them are not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you then submit an enquiry form.
